Monte Yazzie is the film reviewer for the North Phoenix publication “The Foothills Focus” and Festival Manager for the International Horror and Sci-Fi Film Festival. Barbara VanDenburgh is a longtime Phoenix journalist and arts writer, a former film critic for The Arizona Republic and Books Editor for USA TODAY. She is currently the Communications Manager for The Sidney Poitier New American Film School at ASU and host of the First Draft Book Club at Changing Hands Bookstore in Phoenix.

A walking movie encyclopedia as well as a 3-time national award-winning writer, Jen Johans earned a BA in Film Studies and Communication from Prescott College, where she completed a challenging curriculum of self-designed study and received a scholarship for her thesis on Steven Soderbergh's "Sex, Lies, and Videotape.”
Additionally, Jen curated and hosted a film discussion series at the Scottsdale Public Library and worked for the Scottsdale International Film Festival. Having started her own site FilmIntuition.com back in 2006, Jen has written more than 2,500 pieces online and contributed to the DVD Netflix blog, IndieWire, Flixster, Hardboiled Wonderland, BlogCritics, the Phoenix Film Festival website, and Rupert Pupkin Speaks. When she isn't writing about movies, she can be found watching and discussing it on Twitter (@FilmIntuition) or conversing with some of the world's best film writers on her podcast "Watch With Jen.”
